Rental is weekly as a rule from Saturday to Saturday. The reservation is paid 20% of the total amount, and the rest is paid upon arrival at the apartment. Children up to 5 years of age do not pay extra bed, and children from 5-12 years pay 50% of the price of extra bed. Check-in 14h., Check-out 10h.
Registration and sojourn tax are also included in the price. If the guest wants, only air conditioning is charged separately 5 €, per device (the largest apartment A4 + 2 has 2 air conditioners). Umag is the northern Adriatic, the nights are usually fresh, and our guests spend sunny days on the covered terrace or garden.
